The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 26, 2017 SPR17/838 Off. Robert E. Champagne Records Access Officer Town of Clinton- Police Department 17 6 Chestnut Street Clinton, MA 01510 Dear Officer Champagne: I have received the petition of John D. Rousseau appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Clinton Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rousseau requested records associated with a request submitted on or about May 2ih, 2017 to the Department. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Department had provided a response dated June 15th and subsequently on June 26th, 2017. Due to the nature of the correspondence sent into this office by the requester, it is unclear what other responsive record remains outstanding. Since this appeal was opened based on the Department's nomesponse and a response has been provided, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rousseau may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: John D.
