Skauen-Hinchliffe appealing the non-response of the Harvard Parks and Recreation Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Hinchliffe requested records pertaining to an executive session held on June 5th, 2017 by the Commission. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Commission has provided a response. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
