G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. von Richthofen requested records verifying that a specific correction was made to records within the possession of the MCAD. Claiming to not yet have received a response from the MCAD, Ms. von Richthofen petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I learned that a representative from the MCAD intends to provide Ms. von Richthofen with a response to her appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the MCAD provide Ms. von Richthofen with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
