G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Munger requested records related to service calls. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Munger petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that the Department responded to Ms. Munger's request with a response sent on June 21, 2017. Whereas this appeal was opened as a result of the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
