Murray Supervisor ojRecords July 5,2017 SPRl71880 Susan Taveira Swansea Town Clerk 8 1 Main Street Swansea, MA 02777 Dear Ms. Taveira: I have received the petition of Patrick Higgins appealing the non-response of the Town of Swansea (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 5 10(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Higgins requested a copy of all meeting notices, open session minutes, and executive session minutes from the Recreation Commission for the years 20 15, 201 6, and 20 17. Having received no response, Mr. Higgins petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that the Town will provide a response. I will now consider ths administrative appeal closed with the proviso that Mr. Higgins will receive a response to his request without delay. Mr. Higgins may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Rebecca S.
