Grossman, Esq. of Rosen Law Office appealing · the response of the Town of Andover Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Grossman requested records regarding the Spring Grove Cemetery and the Spring Grove Cemetery Trust. Prior to Attorney Grossman's petition to the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor), the Town provided Attorney Grossman with responsive records. However, some ofthe records regarding an identified person were withheld in their entirety pursuant to Exemptions (c) and (f) to the Public Records Law. Attorney Grossman petitioned the Supervisor on June 30th and the current appeal was opened. In a July 11th email, you informed a Public Records Division attorney that the Town is no longer withholding the responsive records, and has provided Attorney Grossman with all the records by email and postal mail.
