The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S Murray Supervisor of Records July 6, 2017 SPRl71916 Robert P. Sanborn, I11 Superintendent Cape Cod Regional Technical High School 3 5 1 Pleasant Lake Avenue Harwich, MA 02645 Dear Mr. Sanborn: I have received the petition of Andrew McIsaac appealing the response of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School (School) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. McIsaac requested "all e-mail messages created -- and received" by a specifically identified email address. Unsatisfied with the School's initial response, Mr. McIsaac petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the School intends to provide Mr. McIsaac with a supplemental response to his request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the School provide Mr. McIsaac with said response within ten business days. 1t is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at preii-I ),sec.state.ma.us. Mr. McIsaac may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
