The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords July 13, 2017 SPR17/937 Mr. Richard D. Fitzpatrick Records Access Officer Norfolk County Agricultural High School 400 Main Street Walpole, MA 02081 Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick: I have received the petition ofMaryClare Condon-Dalzell appealing the response of Norfolk County Agricultural High School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Condon-Dalzell requested eleven (11) categories of documents pertaining to the School's policies regarding "sexual conduct/violence." The School responded to Ms. Condon-Dalzell's request on May 18, 2017 by asking for clarification on the request, but did not disclose any records. Feeling unsatisfied with the School's response, Ms. Condon-Dalzell petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a supplemental response was provided without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a substantial written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that Ms. Condon-Dalzell receives a supplemental response to her request. Ms. Condon-Dalzell may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
