Murray Supervisor ofR ecords July 18,2017 SPR17/944 Terry Whalen Staff Liaison 549 Main Street Chatham, MA 02633 Dear Mr. Whalen: I have received the petition of David Bixby appealing the response of the Town of Chatham (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bixby requested a copy of the "most recently completed annual audit reports of the use of Chatham airport revenue." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response would be provided within ten (1 0) business days. Therefore, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provides this response prepared in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
