G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 CJvLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Stanley requested "copies ofWexBank (gas card) statements for the Phillipston Police Department for the period of July 1, 2015 to present." Unsatisfied with the Department's response, which she feels is incomplete, Ms. Stanley petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Department intends on providing a supplemental response in which special consideration will be made aimed at addressing Ms. Stanley's concerns. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide said response without delay. It is preferable to provide this office with an electronic copy of this response at: pre(cil,sec.state.ma.us.
