Box 1218 Shirley, MA 01464 Dear Ms. Kingman: I have received the petition of Robert Anderson appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Anderson requested records pertaining to Department employees' schedules. Having received no response, Mr. Anderson petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 10, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
