L. c. 66 6 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, the Tomasellis requested "[tlhe [olrder authorizing, and initiating the fire watching, including the signature of the person authorizing the fire watch, the reason(s), legal citation(s) and any right(s) to appeal pertaining to the fire watch that commenced on February 27,2017 " for a specifically identified address. Claiming to not yet received a substantive response, Ms. Tomaselli petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the City Clerk's Office, in conjunction with agents of the other departments of the City of Lawrence, intend on providing the Tomasellis with a response to their appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provide the Tomasellis with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
