G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, you requested documents, incident reports, and grievances regarding, "[i]nstances of tampering with inmates food in the last five (5) years." Having received no response, you petitioned this office. A member of my staff reached out to the Center and discovered that they did not receive a copy of your request. You are encouraged to contact the Center directly and provide a copy of your request.
