Murray Supervisor of Records July 25, 2017 SPR17/996 Michael Trevisani Department of Revenue 19 Staniford Steet Boston MA, 02114 Dear Mr. Trevisani: I have received the petition of Emory Snell, Jr. appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Revenue (DOR) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Snell requested a series of reports detailing his child support. Indicating he has yet to receive a response, Mr. Snell petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided dated June 20, 2017. Therefore I will now consider this appeal closed. Mr. Snell may appeal the substantive nature of the DOR's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
