G. L. c. 66 §lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested "[a]ll written communications/ notices provided to" a specifically identified individual regarding "his employment termination, including but not limited to those communications which outline the allegations and reasons for his termination." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing Mr. Dreslinski with a response to his appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide Mr. Dreslinski with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy ofthis response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the ToVIrn's response within ninety (90) days.
