The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords July 28, 201 7 SPR17/1007 Michael J. Ward Town Administrator Town of Clinton 242 Church Street Clinton, MA O1 510 Dear Mr. Ward: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Clinton Town Administrator (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested four categories of records he believes are in possession of the Town concerning the Clinton Police Union. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Dreslinski's request with a response sent on July 28, 2017. Whereas this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature. of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M,R. 32.08(1 ). Rebecca S.
