Specifically, you requested executive session minutes. Such appeal shall be in writing and shall include a copy of the letter by which the request was made and, if available, a copy of the letter by which the custodian responded. 950 CMR 32.08. Unfortunately, I am unable to process this appeal. The materials you submitted did not include a copy of your initial records request or the Town's response. Also, please note your request raises issues that potentially invoke the Open Meeting Law. Given that an interpretation of the Open Meeting Law falls within the authority of the Office of the Attorney General (AGO) and not this office, it is recommended that you contact the AGO should you seek a determination on this issue.
