G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, the Tomasellis requested various documents within the Town's possession, as well as posed questions to the Town pertinent to their request. Claiming to have received an incomplete response, the Tomasellis petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends to provide a supplemental response addressing the Tomasellis' concerns. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide the Tomasellis with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. The Tomasellis may appeal the substantive nature ofthe Town's response within ninety days.
