G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Kershner requested several categories of information related to deployment of the Department's special reaction team (SRT). Claiming to not yet have received the records in their entirety, Mr. Kershner petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that the Department has compiled the remaining records and will provide Mr. Kershner with a response no later than August 2, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kershner may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Rebecca S.
