Rousseau appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Bridgewater (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Rousseau requested records related to a specific matter. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Town had provided a response dated August 3rd, 2017. Since this appeal was opened based upon the Town's nomesponse to a request for public records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
