G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically Mr. Bruce requested "any and all (2) two way audio radio transmissions related to the ambulance call" to an identified address. Claiming to not yet have received the records in entirety, Mr. Bruce petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that the Department will provide Mr. Bruce a response within ten business days. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide Mr. Bruce with said response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Bruce may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days.
