G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Santos requested all treatment records related to his therapy at Old Colony Correctional Center from November 2014 up to the present. Claiming to not yet have received the records, Mr. Santos petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the DCHS will provide Mr. Santos with a response within ten businesses day.
