G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rausch requested "Any and all minutes of Bourne Board of Selectmen executive session meetings held from October 25, 2016 to May 23, 2017 during which the board of selectmen conducted negotiations relative to the renewal of Bourne town administrator Thomas M Guerino's employment contract." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that records have been provided, dated August 10, 2017.
