The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords August 22, 2017 SPR17/1139 Ms. Kathy Auth Records Access Officer Westford Public Schools 23 Depot Street Westford, MA 01886 Dear Ms. Auth: I have received the petition of Paul Leder appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Westford Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Leder requested, "[a]ll records touching on the recent Rental Vendor Selection for the Westford Music Program." Having received no response, Mr. Leder petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided without delay. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that Mr. Leder receives a response to his request. Mr. Leder may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
