G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Anderson requested thirty-five categories of records which he believes are in the possession of the Department. See SPRl 7 /897 Determination of the Su~ervisor of Records (July 17, 2017). Claiming to not yet have received a response to the July i 1 determination, Mr. Anderson petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided a response dated August 14, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
