G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Dr. Godzik and Ms. Arsenault requested "specific support documentation" relating to a statement ma,de by a representative from the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, the requesters petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Dr. Godzik and Ms. Arsenault's request with a response sent via email on August 28, 2017. Whereas this appeal was opened as a result of the Dr. Godzik and Ms. Arsenault not receiving a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Dr. Godzik and Ms. Arsenault may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
