G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Bach requested a series oflegal cases between the Office and other identified parties. Indicating she had yet to receive a written response, Ms. Bach petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 30, 2017. In this response the AGO notes it received Ms. Bach's request on August 15, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon Ms. Bach not receiving a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
