G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Silva requested four categories of records which he believes are in the possession of the Center. Unsatisfied with the Department's response, which provided the records in part, and requested Mr. Silva to specify as to others he is seeking, Mr. Silva petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Center intends on providing Mr. Silva with a response to his appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Center provide Mr. Silva with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Silva may appeal the substantive nature of the Center's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
