G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, in a letter dated August 8, 2017, Ms. Butler requested "[a]ll memos sent by you or the Board of Selectmen (since the summer of 2011 when you first assumed your position as town administrator) to town contractors (such as those who snow plow, sand our roads, haul our trash, inspect and maintain elevators, provide legal services, etc.) ... " Having received no response, Ms. Butler petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that the Town provided a response, dated August 21, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon Ms. Butler not receiving a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
