Murray Supervisor ofR ecords September 6, 2017 SPR17/1188 Elizabeth Kingman MCI-Shirley Records Manager PO Box 1218 Shirley, MA 01464 Dear Ms. Kingman: I have received the petition of Robert Anderson appealing the response of the Department of Correction-MCI Shirley (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Anderson requested a number of records pertaining to the Department's policies and operation. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Department had provided a response dated September 1, 2017. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
