G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Saklad requested the names/titles/positions of any and all staff of the office of Councilor Jackson at the Council. Having received no response, Mr. Saklad petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 31, 201 7. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Council's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Saklad may appeal the substantive nature of the Council's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
