Box 955, 230 South Street Hyannis, MA 02601 Dear Dr. Jezard: I have received the petition of Jorge Teixeira appealing the nonresponse of the Barnstable Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Teixeira requested copies of identified settlement agreements. Having received no response, Mr. Teixeira petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 7, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
