Murrav Supervisor ofR ecords September 12, 2017 SPR17/1204 Terence l\1. \Vhalen 221 Crowell Road Chatham, MA 02633 Dear Mr. Vlhalen: I have received the petition of David Bixby appealing the response of the Town of Chatman (Tmvn) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Bixby requested "'un-redacted copies of the bill of sale and certificate of title for the airport bi-plane and jet fuel truck." Unsatisfied with the response of the Tmvn, Mr. Bixby petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town has provided Mr. Bixby with a response dated September 11, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bixby may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
