G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Taylor requested "a copy of all certified payroll ( electronic copies of available)" for an identified company "or any other company for any work done" for a project, as well as "a copy of the Wage Determination Sheets" for a project "and the OSHA certification cards (copies)." Unsatisfied with the Authority's response, which notes the Authority's intention to withhold the records under Exemption (c) of the Public Records Law, Mr. Taylor petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member qfthe Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Authority intends to provide a supplemental response addressing the concerns outlined in Mr. Taylor's appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Authority provide Mr. Taylor with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Taylor may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority's response within ninety (90) days.
