Murray Supervisor ofR ecords September 12, 2017 SPR17/1244 MaryEllen Lannon Town Clerk Town of Winchester 1 Mount Vernon Street, 1st Floor Winchester, MA 01890 Dear Ms. Lannon: I have received the petition of Attorney Cristina F. Freitas appealing the nonresponse of the Winchester Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Freitas requested "access to public portions of Internal Affairs records" for a specifically identified police officer within the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Attorney Freitas petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to receiving a notification from Attorney Freitas in which she indicates her satisfaction with records she received from the Town, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
