G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sivo requested copies ofrecords concerning students enrolled at various programs of study at Hopkinton High School. Initially the School responded to the requests, providing written fee estimates. Objecting to the fee estimates as "excessive and punitive," Mr. Sivo petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, this office was informed on September 20th by Peter C. Sumners at Murphy, Lemere & Murphy, P. C., the School's Legal Counsel, that supplemental responses will be provided to Mr. Sivo concerning his requests. Accordingly, whereas the School has indicated it will provide supplemental responses to Mr. Sivo, I will consider these administrative appeals closed with the proviso that the responses are provided in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (1 0) business days. A copy of any response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of these responses to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Sivo may appeal the substantive nature of the supplemental response within ninety (90) calendar days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
