McQuaid Town Clerk Town ofNorwood 566 Washington Street, Room 27 Norwood, MA 02062 Dear Mr. McQuaid: I have received the petition of Brian Hardiman appealing the nomesponse of the Norwood Town Clerk's Office (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hardiman requested "[a]ll correspondence for the project at the A valon/Plimpton Press site ... between the owners of Avalon/ Plimpton Press, their attorney, agents, developers, corporate officers, employees [sic] to and from the Town of Norwood." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Hardiman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town responded to Mr. Hardiman's request with a response sent on September 8, 2017. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
