Silvia Records Access Officer Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Bodhisattva Skandha appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L c. 66, § 1 see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Skandha requested "the first name, last name, position, and salary amounts for all employees for the Massachusetts Partnership for Correctional Health.'' Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Skandha petitioned this off1ce and this appeal was opened as a res.ult. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Department intends to provide J\1r. Skandha vvith a response. Accordingly, l will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide Mr. Skandha with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an e}ectroruc copy of this response to this office at pre@sec_state.ma.us. :Mr. Skandha may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response vii thin ninety days.
