The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 26, 2017 SPR17!1312 Kenda Cluff Town of Kingston, Sewer Department 26 Evergreen Street Kingston, MA 02364 Dear Ms. Cluff: I have received the petition of "Yale Bulldogs" appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Kingston Sewer Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, the requestor asked for information regarding the Town of Kingston's sewage system. Unsatisfied with the Department's response, which includes electronic communications between the Department and the requestor, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a Public Records Division staff member, I learned that a representative from the Department intends on providing the requestor with a supplemental response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department provide the requestor with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) .. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
