G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). This appeal was the subject of a previous appeal and determination. See SPR16/1148 Determination of the Supervisor ofRecords (September 5, 2017). Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, the Department provided Mr. Greve with a supplemental response. Although dated September 8, 2017, it was issued and provided today, September 26, 2017. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Greve may appeal the substantive nature ofthe Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
