Murray Supervisor ofR ecords September 21, 2017 SPR17/1326 Mr. Steve Anastos Town Manager Town of Stoughton 10 Pearl St. 3rd Floor Stoughton, MA 02072 Dear Mr. Anastos: I have received the petition of Barbara Anzivino appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Stoughton Town Manager (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Anzivino requested information regarding the iPad used by an identified Selectman. Having received no response, Ms. Anzivino petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 7, 2016 via email. The Town also resent the email to Ms. Anzivino on September 21, 2017 to ensure her receipt. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Anzivino may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
