ADA/Records Access Officer Suffolk County District Attorney's Office 1 Bullfinch Place Suite 3 00 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney Arno: .I have received the petition of Brandon Campbell appealing the nomesponse of the Suffolk County Office ofthe District Attorney (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). This appeal is the subject of a previous appeal and determination. See SPR16/1150 Determination ofthe Supervisor ofRecords (September 7, 2017). Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided via email, dated September 22, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Campbell may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
