G. L c. 66, § 1O A: see also 950 CM.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Tatum requested various investigatory documents and records concerning an individual. Claiming to not yet have received a response, :Mr. Tatum petitioned this office and this appeal \Vas opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, l learned that the Department has provided.Mr. Tatum with a response dated September 19, 2017.
