G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested production of "minutes of the town forest committee meetings in 2017." Claiming to not yet have received a response to the request, Mr. Morgan petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town provided Mr. Morgan with a response to his request on September 26, 2017. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Morgan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Please note this request is also the subject a petition filed with this office on September 28, 2017. See SPR1711374 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (October 2, 2017).
