Committee for Public Counsel Services 44 Bromfield Street Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Gilbertson: I have received the petition of Kelly Lydon appealing the nonresponse of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Ms. Lydon requested four ( 4) categories of information regarding an identified individual. Having received no response, Ms. Lydon petitioned this office. Please be advised that CPCS falls within the administrative auspices of the Supreme Judicial Court (Court). See G. L. c. 211D, § 1. Accordingly, the records you seek are considered judicial records and as such are not subject to the requirements of the Public Records Law.
