G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Magraw requested the contact information for the individual(s) responsible for "the buying and selling of plots in the Maple Grove Cemetery." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Magraw petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the proper agent for hili'1dling public record requests never saw the inquiry. Nonetheless, after the Town was made aware of this appeal, a representative within the Town noted their willingness to provide a response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town provide said response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this.response to this office at pre@sec.state.rna.us. Mr. Magraw may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
