The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor o.f Records October 3, 2017 SPR17/1383 Helen S. Plant Deputy Executive Director Framingham Housing Authority 1 John J. Brady Drive Framingham, MA 01 702 Dear Ms. Plant: I have received the petition of Catherine Ferreira appealing the response of the Framingham Housing Authority (Authority) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Ferreira requested various records concerning the "Section-8 Homeownership Program" as well as statistical data from the Authority. Unsatisfied with the response she received, which she claims is "incomplete and had inaccuracies," Ms. Ferreira petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Authority intends on providing Ms. Ferreira with a response aimed at addressing the concerns outlined in her appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the pn;wiso that the Authority provide Ms. Ferreira with a response within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre(a{sec.state.ma.us. Ms. Ferreira may appeal the substantive nature of the . Authority's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
