G. L c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Ferreira requested various records concerning the "Section-8 Homeownership Program" as well as statistical data from the Authority. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Ferreira petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Authority intends on providing Ms. Ferreira with a response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Authority provide Ms. Ferreira with a response without delay. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre({Usec.state.ma.us.
