Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 12, 2017 SPR17/1393 Kate Silvia Massachusetts Department of Correction 50 Maple Street Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Benjamin Silva appealing the response of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Silva requested records related to a specific matter. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, I was informed that the Department had provided a response dated October 3, 2017. Since the Department has provided a response to a request for public records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
