Grenier appealing the nonresponse of the City of Lowell (City) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested various records concerning Naloxone. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Grenier petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City will provide Mr. Grenier with responses within ten business days. Accordingly, the responses to the requests must be provided in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay. A copy of any such responses must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of these responses to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
